The founder of The Gymbia. Jess has a driving passion for a huge range of health related subjects ranging from biomechanics & injury rehabilitation to cellular health & quantum physics. As a mechanical engineer of 10 years he has a deep appreciation of how systems integrate & function with eachother, which he applies to his coaching practice. Jess previously completed the Ironman triatholon, cycled 3000 miles through Mexico & climbed 3 mountains in 8 days totalling 100 miles around Mexico city. These days he enjoys lifting heavy weights & putting them back down again!
