We focus on creating the correct mindset for getting the best result. A strong mind correlates to a strong body. There is also a large focus on gradually integrating a host of great habits.

There are 3 weeks of base camp in which we will look at & resolve any postural & pain issues you may have, start the process of habit integration & set the frame for the rest of the program.

Packages range from 8 to 15 weeks depending on your lifestyle & goals.

Strength Package – The Body Transformation

  • For those who want to make a dramatic impact to their body composition & achieve a fantastic Body Transformation. You can expect to effectively reduce a large % of body fat while you develop the habits & mindset to keep it there. If a strong, slim, shaped & toned body is what you are looking for then this package will be the best option for you. A certain level of commitment to yourself & making an amazing positive change is required.

A minimum of 2 sessions a week but for best results 3 – 4 sessions are recommended.

In the coaching sessions we develop mindset, set meaningful goals & work through any challenges you may face, which will serve to reduce anxiety, boost confidence & allow you to shine. We work to close the gap between where you are now & where you want to be.

It all begins with the first transformative session whereby we discuss your situation & needs, where you are vs where you want to be & what you find challenging so that we can begin to make a plan of how to overcome any obstacles that might be holding you back!

Hi I’m Jess, Body Transformation & Holistic Lifestyle Coach,

I am the founder of Hackney Wick’s brand new fitness studio, The Gymbia & it’s sister charity, The Gambian Maternity Foundation. I created the Gymbia to make a positive difference to people’s lives through physical training & coaching, while supporting the charity through sporting events & challenges. The charity recycles used UK medical equipment & takes it to The Gambia to help aid the mothers, children, doctors & nurses there.

The Gymbia is Hackney Wick’s brand new fully equipped gym & takes a large step away from the commercial & mainstream nature of many gyms. The heart of Gymbia ethics lies in creating a warm & friendly environment for clients to feel comfortable in while they positively contribute to their happiness & wellbeing through training.

Jess was my PT for just under 3 months in a stint leading up to a vacation I had booked. I’m naturally a skinny chap and wanted to gain muscle and definition to look buff for my holiday! Over the years I’ve tried a few different PT’s and I often felt they were just going through the motions. It was such a lovely surprise to meet Jess, who is such a genuine, warm hearted and all round good guy, with a passion for helping people achieve their goals that far surpasses anyone I’ve ever trained with, hands down. I came to Jess after a hiatus from exercise of about two years and my self- belief was pretty low. I suffered from back problems, recurring sciatica and struggled with depression and anxiety. Basically the full bag of ailments! Jess not only tailored the sessions around this, making sure that we targeted problem areas, whilst making the sessions fun?! This was a bit of a revelation to someone who had been pretty attached to my sofa for two years. Jess sends emails and texts full of interesting knowledge concerning the body and mind and I have learnt so much since training with him. He is endlessly patient yet he challenges me and seems to get the best out of me without shouting, but by encouraging me! Since training with Jess 6 months ago I’m really happy to report my back, sciatica, depression and anxiety have genuinely improved to the point where I’m signing up to to half marathons soon, something I never thought I would be saying! Jess helped me turn my eating habits around, but more importantly he has helped me change my mindset around exercise, helping me gain the self confidence to want it for myself and this has helped me challenge myself in many other areas of my life. I was completely upfront with Jess about what I wanted to get out of our sessions. From the get-go I made him aware that we had a limited time-frame, two and a half months, within which to work to achieve the results I wanted, in my case this was upper body muscles, specifically my chest, arms and shoulders, and after the first session he had a complete, bespoke plan ready to go for me. I am a slim guy and have never been able to put on bulk and muscle by myself, I also have chronic back pain from my days as nurse, but with Jess’ instruction I was able to push myself well beyond my normal boundaries, without any my back being a problem and within a month could see a big difference. Muscles pumped and strength increased, I went on holiday a happy and good-looking man. On top of that, he was a great guy and I have recommended him to my friends as someone who listens to your goals and helps make them happen in a friendly but hard-working fashion.
